In-House Small Sample Testing
MetalVision offers small samples (16lbs.) testing at its Toronto, Canada facilities.
Each sample is tested continuously using the latest MV20/20 system for a minimum of one hour.
Small sample testing can be used for the following:
a) Initial process assessment comparing metal pre- and post- filtration;
b) Initial identification of process problems;
c) Low cost regular monitoring and maintenance of metal quality
Customer In-Plant Testing
MetalVision provides full in-plant testing using the latest MV20/20 system.
Minimum 5 Hours per diem testing in launders, crucibles, and/or reverbs.
Can be used in most locations - many difficult for other systems to access.
Provides large sample, in-depth, plant process evaluation.
Samples up to 40% of total melt.
Ideal for quarterly quality and maintenance control audits.
